The Bulgarian-Saudi Business Council was established at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) by decision number 47/1-2011 of the BCCI.

The establishing meeting was held in December of 2010 in the building of the BCCI and under the auspices of Mr. Tzvetan Simeonov – Chairman of the BCCI, Nikolay Filipov and Gassan Nasr initiators of the council establishment, and in the presence of over 50 Bulgarian businessmen.
